Once development is complete, delivery—including deployment and setup—is usually completed within 1–2 business days after final confirmation.
What kind of support system do you offer?
We provide multi-channel support including onsite visit, email, call, and scheduled Zoom sessions for onboarding assistance to ensure a smooth start. You also get access to documentation, updates, and priority support depending on your plan.
Is domain and hosting included?
Yes. All plans include 10 GB NVMe SSD hosting. Your system will be accessible via a free subdomain like your-company.flexibledger.com. You can also use your own subdomain (e.g., accounting.yourdomain.com) at no extra cost. However, registering a new domain is not included and must be purchased separately.
Can I host FlexibLedger on my own server?
Yes. We’ll install FlexibLedger on your server at no extra cost. However, if your server needs configuration (e.g. OS, DB, SSL, etc.), a one-time setup fee will apply.
How much storage do I get?
Every plan includes 10 GB NVMe SSD storage optimized for speed and reliability. This covers your files, database, and backups.
Do I get access to the source code?
No. FlexibLedger is a proprietary platform and source code is not included. However, we offer affordable customization services to meet your needs.
What if I need custom features?
Customizations are welcomed! Charges depend on the scope and volume of the request. We’ll provide a clear estimate before starting any work.
